We have a well-equipped kitchen. Hot and cold air conditioning in the bedroom. Full bathroom with space for your utensils and a shower with abundant water. Covered private parking and an elevator. Parties are not allowed. Since it is a condominium, there are quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or inside the building; however, there is an outdoor area with benches that can be used for this purpose.

Our flat is ideal for couples or families. We have a traditional double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed with two complete sides together, equivalent to 2 single mattresses. In the living room window, we have a Black-out curtain, and in the bedroom, we have shutters that completely darken the room. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals in the apto. We provide blankets, sheets, and towels. We have portable heaters to warm the apto. Our shower has abundant water and is superheated by a boiler. We also have hot water in all taps. Smart TV! Wi-Fi of excellent quality!

You will receive 1 toilet paper, hand soap, 1 cleaning product for incidents, 1 floor cloth, and 1 sponge, dish soap, so you can enter the apto with peace of mind and have time to go to the market.

If the guest arrives after the check-in limit, 22h, they should check additional values paid directly to the person responsible for the check-in, who will receive them. We do not receive after 23h. If it happens, due to unforeseen circumstances, as it is an outsourced service, a fee of R$100.00 is charged directly to the person responsible for the check-in
