IN-PERSON CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: Done in person at the building. Previously agreed upon by text message. Time previously scheduled, maintaining contact by message. In case of same-day reservation, we ask for 1 hour for organization and travel.

Check-ins are received from 14h to 23h within the reservation value.

R$100.00 fee for check-ins after 23h, paid personally to the person responsible for handing over the keys.

COMMUNICATION BETWEEN GUEST AND HOST:

We usually receive people from distant states and guide them to have the best possible experience in Gramado, with tips about tours, the city, food, markets. Our communication through WhatsApp is always smooth and we try to respond as quickly as possible.

We are in the Planalto neighborhood where you will find the famous Rua dos Plátanos (João Alfredo Schneider), Mini Mundo, Lago Joaquina Rita Bier (on Borges de Medeiros), Lago Negro, and others.

A few steps from the Center (450 m from Borges de Medeiros, exiting at Lago Joaquina Rita Bier and Hector Thematic Pizzeria), where you will arrive at the main street, Borges de Medeiros, and have access to restaurants, coffee shops, and main tourist spots, such as Rua Coberta, Rua Torta, Cathedral, Praça das Etnias, Pão dos Colonos, etc.

Our location allows you to make this route on foot, with your car protected in our private condominium garage.

Guests can choose to leave their car in the apartment's private parking space and walk to all the tourist spots on Borges de Medeiros, as well as Lago Negro and Mini Mundo. Uber is very accessible in the city! There is the option of the Bus Tour to visit the tourist spots further from the center. We are 800 m from the bus station, in case you want to take a bus to Porto Alegre Airport or the city of Canela.
