We take care to please couples and children in every detail, from the ottoman with toys, smart TV, to the wine glass, modern appliances, air conditioning, and water filter. We have a beautiful view and plenty of sunlight. All our windows overlook nature. Our area is quiet, tree-lined, in an upscale neighborhood and yet, very close to the city center.

We will be attentive throughout the entire stay for any requests about the apartment's functioning and everything related to it. With great pleasure, we can assist and provide tips on locations, tours, shopping, and everything that involves your experience in Gramado.

We are in the most beautiful neighborhood of Gramado, the magnificent Planalto neighborhood. Here you will find the famous Rua dos Plátanos (João Alfredo Schneider), Mini Mundo, Lago Joaquina Rita Bier, Lago Negro, and other important attractions. We are privileged to be surrounded by nature, spectacular houses, and, at the same time, very close to the center, where you will have access to all restaurants, coffee shops, markets, shops, and main tourist spots like Rua Coberta, Rua Torta, Cathedral, etc. You can visit them all on foot, leaving your car protected in our private covered garage. We consider our location perfect for being in a quiet and tree-lined place a few meters from Borges de Medeiros (6 min walk), where everything happens in Gramado.

We are 800 m from the Bus Station. We have Uber very active in the city, if necessary. To get to the city center, there is no need to go by car, it is only 450 m away. Equivalent to 3 blocks!
